Knowledge of Trading Card Games (TCGs) such as: Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Star Wars Unlimited, One Piece, or Riftbound is highly recommended. Having a strong knowledge of other products we sell would be beneficial as well: Board Games, Miniature Games, Role Playing Games. A passion for all things gaming is part of our DNA and a must!

Description
Weekend availability is required. Store hours are: Sunday - Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm, and Thursday - Saturday 12pm - 9pm.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Explain and recommend products to customers
- Maintain inventory integrity / stock shelves
- Assist in running gaming events
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
- Keep store clean
- Weekend and evening availability is required
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be available for weekend and evening hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
