Are you passionate about the tabletop gaming community and looking to take your retail leadership to the next level? Wulf Gaming is seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring that our retail space remains a premier destination for local gamers. You will balance operational excellence with high-level customer service, helping to manage inventory for our expansive selection of trading card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Riftbound), tabletop accessories, and board games.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Assist in the daily opening/closing procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the store environment is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked.
• Customer Engagement: Provide expert-level service to our customers, including Wulf Pack members. Assist with product inquiries, sales, and resolving store policy questions regarding pricing and availability.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage the flow of new releases, from intake to floor placement. Ensure our "healthy supply" philosophy is maintained so that collectors and players always have access to the product they need.
• Event Support: Help coordinate in-store events—such as set releases and tournaments—ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all participants.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example on the sales floor, providing support to team members during high-traffic release windows.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail management, inventory tracking, or high-volume customer service.
• Product Knowledge: A strong familiarity with modern Trading Card Games (TCGs) and board games is highly preferred.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a significant advantage.
• Collector-Focused Mindset: Ability to communicate the value of products from a collector's perspective, appreciating the nuance between casual play and investment-grade hobby items.
• Reliability & Professionalism: Ability to represent Wulf Gaming with integrity, maintaining a clear understanding of store policies, pricing strategies, and release schedules.
