We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to join our awesome team. This is a mostly behind-the-scenes role in the financial planning industry, ideal for someone who is highly organized, extremely detail-focused, process-driven, and enjoys working with precision. You’ll thrive in this role if you have an extremely high attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and enjoy supporting the team through accurate, dependable, and well-organized client service operations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide administrative and client service support to the team
  • Assist with new client onboarding including accurate data entry across eMoney, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Schwab Advisor Center, and other tools
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date client data across platforms
  • Ensure client data is accurate and up to date for advisors before meetings and Financial Plan creation or updates
  • Support new account establishment and investment paperwork
  • Handle client service requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Prepare and process client contracts
  • Serve as a point of contact for custodial items through Schwab
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and completely
  • Support move money requests and Roth conversions
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional client support
  • Participate in special projects and take on new responsibilities as skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–4 years of experience in a client service or administrative role
  • Comfortable with technology, including Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and financial or custodian platforms
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and process driven
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the team’s success
  • Experience with eMoney, Schwab Advisor Center, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is a plus
