Wrapmate is looking for a Customer Success Manager

In addition you will own our customer service pipeline. Working with internal team, our Pros, and the customer you will be responsible for resolving customer concerns.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • You’ll be an advocate for both customers and Pros alike and work towards increasing customer and Pro satisfaction
  • You will identify solutions to customer concerns
  • You will interview customers to learn about their experience with us to ultimately provide notes to internal stakeholders to help improve our process
  • You’ll work to manage Pro and customer expectations as well as company profit goals
  • You’ll help evolve our Project Management process by thinking through ways we can improve communication between parties and within our team


We are looking for somebody who:

  • Is hyper organized
  • Is able to multi-task
  • Is able to manage customer relationships and Pro relationships
  • Negotiates with Pros to meet profitability and quality goals

You have:

  • A strong desire to learn new skills.
  • A natural ability to negotiate
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • strong computer skills utilizing Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and CRM software.

What type of experience we are looking for -

  • Project coordination experience (must have)
  • Customer support/success experience (must have)
  • Automotive industry experience (nice to have)
  • Vehicle Graphics experience (nice to have)

Compensation:

  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Salary Range $70,000-$75,000
  • Potential for Stock Options
