About the role:


Wrapmate is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, Account Manager. Working as the go-between for the Client, Sales, and Design, you’ll use a suite of tools to lead customers through the Wrapmate design and revision process. 


This is a client facing role, you’ll be working with customers who are completing custom graphic projects for their commercial, personal and recreational vehicles. Customers will provide design inspiration, assets and information about their vehicle. From there, you will guide them  through the design creation, revision and approval process, queuing their projects up for installation and completion.

Wrapmate is the first-ever, end-to-end, online platform for consumers to design and complete their vehicle graphic projects. 


As we pioneer this new space, the need to deliver a six-star customer experience, making the process as simple and hassle free is imperative.  As an Account Manager, and direct point of contact for customers, you’ll be key in exceeding client expectations and creating raving fans in your daily interactions.  In exchange, you’ll be a part of a team building industry-changing technologies and get exposure into what it takes to build a game changing business from the ground up. We are looking for somebody who:

Your experience:


-1 - 3 years Account/Onboarding/Project Management

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-No hesitation to pick up the phone and call a customer

-Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Mac iOS

-Previous experience with Asana, a plus but not required

-Previous print industry experience, a plus but not required

Compensation:


-Base salary range $45,000-50,000 commensurate with experience

-Commission on completed projects

-Voluntary participation in Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Benefits
