This position ensures customers have a seamless onboarding experience while also managing the design process from concept to production. Acting as the bridge between customer needs and production-ready designs, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality vehicle wraps.

What You’ll Do

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, setting clear expectations for design and production timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for design-related questions, providing expert guidance on branding, file requirements, and wrap aesthetics.
  • Communicate with customers regarding design approvals, revisions, and final production steps to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Set proper expectations regarding revisions, material limitations, and installation timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with customer expectations.

Design Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer assets (logos, brand colors, existing designs) to ensure they meet production standards.
  • Assist with design concepts, layout adjustments, and preparing proofs for customer review.
  • Follow Wrapmate’s design standards to ensure vehicle graphics install properly and look stunning.

Quality Assurance & Vehicle Check Responsibilities

  • Verify vehicle photos to ensure clarity and usability.
  • Confirm template accuracy to match the vehicle’s exact specifications.
  • Ensure vehicle paint color, badging, decals, and aftermarket accessories are accounted for.
  • Identify and document any visible vehicle damage to prevent design misalignment.
  • Communicate with customers if higher-resolution images are needed for quality assurance.
  • Check vehicle body lines, seams, and recesses to ensure proper design placement.
  • Verify spelling accuracy in all design elements.
  • Ensure proofs contain all necessary views and accurately reflect design coverage.

What You Need to Succeed

  • You currently live in the Denver, CO area and excited to work out of our HQ offices every day.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Onboarding, or Project Management).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files for vehicle graphics (or a strong desire to learn).
  • Ability to work in Google Suite, Mac iOS, and preferably HubSpot.
  • A background in vehicle graphics, automotive, or large-format printing is a plus.
