Wrapmate is looking for a Installation Scheduler.

You will join our Installation Team - a crew of concierge and project management experts who work with our customers and professional installers to ensure our vehicle wraps are executed with the right information, the right materials, and the right service. This role is perfect for a task master who thrives in a high paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of orientation to detail.

Wrapmate is building the first-ever global online platform that allows customers to complete graphics projects from start-to-finish using our digital marketplace. We are inventing industry-changing processes and technologies consistently alongside a hard-working team who relentlessly has one another's backs.

Here’s what you can expect:

• You’ll work cross-functionally with other team members to ensure the successful completion of a project
• You’ll be an advocate for both customers and our Installation Pros alike and work towards increasing customer and Pro satisfaction
• You’ll work to manage Pro and customer expectations as well as company profit goals
• You’ll help evolve our project management process by thinking through ways we can improve communication between parties and within our team

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is hyper organized
• Is able to multi-task
• Enjoys (and values the importance of) being customer-facing
• Is able to manage customer relationships and Pro relationships
• Negotiates with Pros to meet profitability and quality goals

You have:

• A strong desire to learn new skills
• A natural ability to negotiate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills utilizing Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and CRM software

What type of experience we are looking for -

• Project or event coordination experience (must have)
• Automotive industry experience (nice to have)
• Vehicle Graphics experience (nice to have)

Compensation:

• Base salary commensurate with experience
• Salary Range $65,000-$75,000
• Potential for Stock Options
