We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant for our Ann Arbor warehouse location.

What You'll Do

• Receive UPS packages daily and review shipment contents
• Unpackage, sort, and stock contents in a neatly organized and secure fashion
• Clean and test medical devices to prepare for redistribution
• Perform minor repairs on medical devices as needed
• Assist with printing of marketing materials
• Perform routine cleaning tasks
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as safety-related protocols
• Demonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and ability to stand for long periods of time
