The Office Administrator is responsible for organizing the delivery and administration of care services provided by Woven Home Care. Description

General Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Manages workload based on goals, initiative, and prioritization.

·      Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.

·      Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and/or cancellations arise.

Important:

  • This position includes being on-call for any emergency scheduling situations. 

·      Completes caregiver schedule each week by Friday for the following Monday through Sunday.

·      Communicates timely and positively and addresses caregiver changes and updates to the schedules ahead of the scheduled time with the client/family.

·      Tracks and records in the company scheduling system for all scheduling changes.

·      Communicates and provides input to the internal staff on hiring needs on a regular basis· 

·      Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgement to reach quality decisions.



Salary

$20 - $22 per hour
