Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities while fostering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional health.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily trackers and incident reports.
  • Communicate effectively with care managers, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed.
