Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities while fostering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional health.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily trackers and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with care managers, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
