Break Floater

Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children. You would also go into the classroom and provide the teachers with their lunch breaks.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook healthy and nutritious snack and lunch items for children in accordance with dietary guidelines

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times

- Properly handle and store food products to maintain freshness and minimize waste

- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized

- Assist with covering teacher breaks in the classroom as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience cooking for children in a childcare setting

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques

- Proficient in using kitchen equipment suitable for preparing meals for children

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a childcare setting

-Must have current food handlers card
