Description

WORKSHOP is building our team with intention. This is who we are and what we value.

  1. We are human-centered. With our team, our clients and people we’re designing for: we start from a place of empathy, and we show up with kindness.
  2. We value work-life balance. We work in a way that makes sense for our lives. We attract clients who respect this. We rarely work nights and weekends.
  3. We are all in on meaningful work. We’re here to make a difference. We’re doing our part to help people and planet thrive.
  4. We work to the highest standard. We always want to feel proud of work that has our name on it. We take a high degree of ownership and accountability for our work, from start to finish.
  5. We keep an open mind. We are curious and inquisitive. We create safe spaces that invite people to explore, try and stretch. We are comfortable not having all the answers.
  6. We delight in our work. We love what we do, and it shows. We have a sense of humor and optimism. We want every meeting with us to be the highlight of our client’s day.
