The business is active today with existing clients, current revenue, and core infrastructure already in place (job boards, applicant flow, back office/payroll support).
We are looking to bring in someone experienced to take over the day-to-day and build it into whatever they’re capable of. This is not a traditional role. You would be stepping into an operating company and running it with a high level of autonomy. There are no caps, no territory restrictions, and no internal barriers to growth.
You’ll have the ability to work existing accounts, re-engage past clients, and bring in new business as you see fit. The structure is intentionally open for someone who wants to build something meaningful and take full advantage of the upside.
Compensation is based on profit share (minimum 50% after expenses, uncapped).
