Description

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
  • Keep projects on time and on budget
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project and ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Manage change orders and additional work requests
  • Provide weekly updates to clients on progress and upcoming decisions
  • Maintain detailed project records and documentation
  • Anticipate and solve issues before they impact schedules or quality
  • Work closely with the office and field teams to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing landscape, hardscape, construction, or similar field projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to organize multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with customers and building relationships
  • Ability to plan ahead and keep crews prepared for upcoming work
  • Budget awareness and resource management skills
  • Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and quality workmanship

Compensation & Benefits

  • $67,000–$80,000 annual salary (based on experience)
