What this is

We are an established staffing agency based in Knoxville with nearly a decade of history. We're looking for someone who wants to take over on operations and share in the upside directly. This is not a job, it's the closest thing to running your own staffing company without putting up the capital to start one.

What you'd actually do

• Land new clients. Hotels, resorts, warehouses, anywhere that needs hourly labor in the East Tennessee corridor.
• Manage client relationships end-to-end once accounts are live.
• Fill the open positions.
• Set your own hours, your own approach, your own sales process.

The back office (payroll, insurance, accounting, compliance, workers' comp) will not be your responsibility, so you can focus entirely on sales and client management.

Compensation

• 50% of net profit after all operating expenses
• No base, no draw, no salary
• No cap on earnings
• W-2 or 1099 — your choice, depending on what makes tax sense for you

Who this is not for

• Someone looking for steady income while they figure things out.
• Someone who needs daily direction to know what to do.

The upside is real, there is no real ceiling. The downside is there is no guarantee.
