Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at on of our premier resorts in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, TN. Oversee maintenance operations, ensure property excellence, and lead a dynamic team, all starting at $60,000/year.


Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Locations: Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, TN

Salary: Starting at $60,000/year

Schedule: 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week. Mix of first and second shift hours, weekends and holidays required based on occupancy and staffing demand.

Job Purpose:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the Maintenance Department, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. Your role includes enforcing policies, managing expenses, achieving maintenance goals, and collaborating with the Maintenance and General Managers.


  • Oversee all guest room, building, activities, waterpark, and grounds maintenance.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports.
  • Enforce policies and procedures within the maintenance department.
  • Promptly address guest-related issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain staffing levels and oversee contractors.
  • Train maintenance personnel for waterpark and pool maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment security and communicate project status.
  • Maintain cleanliness and industry compliance.
  • Recruit staff following federal labor laws.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good physical condition for indoor and outdoor duties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conflict resolution and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of supervisory experience of 2-4 employees.
  • HVAC certificate preferred, minimum EPA license.


  • CPO certificate preferred, minimum of ample pool experience.
  • Maintenance experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Starting $60,000 per year, based on experience and certifications.
