What You'll Do

• Oversee landscape and hardscape projects in the field from start to finish
• Lead and support installation crews to ensure quality workmanship
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and keep projects moving on schedule
• Maintain clear communication between the field, office, and clients
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they become problems
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to company quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading crews in landscaping, hardscaping, or residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Professional attitude with customers and coworkers

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000-$80,000 annual salary (DOE)
• Employer-matched 401(k)
• 7 paid holidays
• 40 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
