Responsibilities

• Manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
• Keep projects on time and within budget
• Communicate with customers throughout each project
• Manage change orders and project documentation
• Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving

Qualifications

• Project management experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $67,000-$80,000 salary (DOE)
• Employer-matched 401(k)
• 7 paid holidays
• 40 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
• Monday-Friday schedule
