* Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with team members and clients

* Following written, posted and oral instructions on our guests’ needs
* Actively participating in our guests’ care by respectfully communicating through Slack posts and face-to-face interactions
* Establishing and maintaining notes through Slack on guest behavior, special needs, care instructions, feeding requirements, bathroom habits, medication (when required), Snout-to-Tail assessments and overall suggestions
* Supervising safe and happy playgroups
* Maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring a healthy and safe space for everyone (animals and people!)
* Maintenance of all equipment and supplies
* Following and performing all SOPs
* Maintain Woofs ’n Whiskers Values
* Performing other duties as assigned
* Weekend and holiday availability are mandatory
* Ability to shift priorities, deal with a high-stress environment and multi-task
* Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals; ability to write routine reports/posts
No one else at Woofs ‘n Whiskers is more hands-on and in the thick of it, than the Kennel Hands. It falls to them, as a whole, to speak for the animals.
