POSITION SUMMARY:
Front Desk Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the health, happiness and safety of our guests at Woofs ’n Whiskers. The Front Desk develops and maintains a positive work environment and culture through positive communication with clients and fellow teammates. The front desk is the face of Woofs ’n Whiskers and creates an environment of open communication and forges the way to a pet care partnership between Woofs and the clients.
