- Provide top-notch customer service and communication
- Manage bookings and scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized retail area at all times
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Work effectively with the grooming team to ensure seamless operations
- Previous experience in booking, grooming, and/or veterinary fields (a plus)
*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in pet grooming or veterinary fields (preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
