We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based techniques to help clients develop essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a 40-hour training program in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved provider.
Certification
- Passing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam administered by the BACB.
- Completion of a background check as required by the BACB.
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is often preferred.
- Internships or volunteer work in relevant settings may be beneficial.

Continuing Education
