Wonderment Therapies PLLC was founded in 2019 and is a therapist-owned company focusing on serving pediatrics in Dickinson and surrounding communities. We serve children of various ages and abilities in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinic, daycares, preschools, community settings, nature-based, and in the client’s home.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based techniques to help clients develop essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 40-hour training program in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved provider.

Certification

• Passing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam administered by the BACB.
• Completion of a background check as required by the BACB.

Experience

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is often preferred.
• Internships or volunteer work in relevant settings may be beneficial.

Continuing Education

• Completion of ongoing training and professional development as required to maintain RBT certification.
