As a Firefly Lighting Technician, you will be expected to install smart home lighting systems in a timely manner with quality workmanship. Description

Responsibilities 

  • Full time/ Part Time Positions available. (Flexible scheduling available) 
  • Lead and Manage Daily Installs
  • Manage an Install team of 2 or more people. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service on jobsite
  • Troubleshoot Technical Problems that may occur 

Job Skills/ Requirements 

  • Safety-conscious
  • Good driving record (Motor Vehicle Check may be requested) 
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Be able to effectively communicate with customers 
  • Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each site 
  • Produce quality workmanship and follow directions
  • Be able to manage extension ladders up to 32 ft.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Hard Working, Motivated, Outgoing, Professional, Timely, Honest, and Trustworthy
  • Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each site 
  • Able to comfortably go into crawl spaces and attics
  • Must pass a required drug test administered at time of hire and randomly throughout employment

Experience Required 

  • 1 Year + of Electrical, Roofing, Siding, or Solar experience (Preferred)
  • Experience on roofs and ladders
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Experience Installing Christmas lights (Preferred) 

Compensation 

  • Training Pay starting at $16-18 per hour for 1-2 months
  • Full/Part time Installer Pay Per Piece - $1.25 -$2.00 per foot installed
  • Bonus Structure
