In this role, you'll be a key member of WESST's lending team, providing both administrative and client support throughout the loan process. Working closely with the Director of Lending and Loan Analyst, you'll coordinate loan documentation, financial information collection, client outreach, reporting, and loan servicing activities to help ensure smooth and efficient lending operations.

Description

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal processes. From maintaining loan files and managing communications to coordinating technical assistance and supporting loan servicing and reporting, you'll play an important role in helping entrepreneurs access the capital and resources they need to grow their businesses.

Education Requirements:

Associate degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience in lending, banking, financial services, administrative operations, or related fields will be considered.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping small businesses succeed.
  • Enjoy coordinating processes, managing complex documentation, and ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Bring 2–3 years of experience in lending, banking, financial services, or administrative operations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicate effectively and provide a customer-focused approach to client support.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple software systems in a paperless environment.
  • Have familiarity with loan servicing operations and credit reporting or lending software (preferred).
  • Possess a collaborative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to serving diverse communities.
