E-Commerce Manager will drive the online presence, sales, and customer experience of our innovative e-bike subscription service. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our e-commerce strategy.


We are Los Angeles’ first full-service subscription ebike service built to cater to individuals and families' unique transportation needs. We offer ebike subscriptions at an affordable price that include maintenance, repairs, insurance, and roadside assistance as well as the whole gamut of accessories for those looking to be car-free while cruising around the City of Angels. We couldn’t leave out that we’re the first group in the US to partner with Tern - one of the best e-cargo bike companies in the world!

You will drive the online presence, sales, and customer experience of our innovative e-bike subscription service. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our e-commerce strategy.

How you drive success:

  • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive online sales growth through effective marketing, user experience optimization, and conversion rate optimization. Oversee the management and optimization of our e-commerce website, email and text campaigns. Optimization and management of marketing automation platform.
  • Ensure an intuitive and seamless user/customer journey and experience, from browsing to subscription.. Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid social, paid media, and email marketing, to drive website traffic and online sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and external agencies to execute engaging and persuasive content.
  • Enhance the overall customer journey and experience on the e-commerce platform, email and text campaigns. Implement strategies to improve customer retention (reduce drop off & churn), increase tenure, and satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies. 
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize e-commerce operations. Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party service providers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in related digital marketing and Ecommerce strategies
  • Special projects as needed

Success Factors:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Culver City, California.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role.
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications; in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for the electric mobility industry. Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
