Wish Sales Associate
Responsibilities & Measurables:
Primary responsibilities are to serve customers, sell merchandise, and maintain a clean and service-focused store. This role is also responsible for providing sales floor coverage, maintaining a selling focus throughout your scheduled shift, and supporting all aspects of Loss Prevention & Wish Standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Selling and Service: Continuously promotes the brand with customers. Knowledgeable of all selling/service initiatives, utilizes various selling methods to meet personal and store goals. Wish Business/Brand Knowledge: Understands and uses information about brands and trends in the fashion industry to provide knowledge to the customer.
Key Role:
- Excellent selling and customer service standards
- Assess client’s needs and provides assistance and information of products
- Display expert product knowledge of product, company history, company policy and store/company strategies
- Achieve Sales Goals
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Effectively and calmly handle client complaints
- Team with other sales associates in order to ensure excellent client service
- Maintain store stock levels and store appearance at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
