We are a trauma-informed, attachment-based group practice in Scottsdale and Tempe, specializing in anxiety, relationships, and trauma. Our clinicians integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Method. We are also expanding into Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

What We Take Off Your Plate

We’ve built the infrastructure so you can focus on therapy:

• Steady referral flow — typically 2–3 months to build a full caseload
• Credentialing with major insurance panels
• Full billing support (claims, denials, AR follow-up)
• Dedicated admin team for scheduling and coordination
• Marketing done for you

What You’ll Gain

Compensation

We are a fee-for-service practice, giving you control over your income.

Full-Time Example (25 sessions/week × 48 weeks/year):

• Licensed (1099 – 70/30 split): $95K – $115K+
• Licensed (W2 – 60/40 split): $80K – $95K+ (plus benefits)
• Associates (W2 – $50/session): ~$60K

Top performers often exceed these ranges through strong retention, niche development, and professional growth.
