We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations that align with safety standards, productivity goals, and company policies.
· Manage all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
· Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards and protocols.
· Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
· Implement cost-effective systems for inventory management and warehouse operations.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
· Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics for warehouse operations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in accordance with 5S or similar standards.
· Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs or replacements.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics.
· Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA standards (preferred).
· Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing operational needs.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Extended periods of standing, walking, or climbing ladders.
· Work in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, noisy, etc.).
