Job Responsibilities
• Direct, administer, and evaluate complex Federal AI programs, policies, procedures, and technical initiatives.
• Manage daily staff and task activities across technical and administrative teams.
• Coordinate AI Solution Architects, AI Developer/Engineers, Software Engineers, consultants, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Maintain JIRA and other project and product management tools.
• Manage AI initiatives from use-case evaluation through pilot, onboarding, deployment, modernization, and sustainment.
• Coordinate resources across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and CRM platforms.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, issue logs, status reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify program risks and issues, assess likelihood and impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor quality of task products, services, technical deliverables, and work products.
• Serve as a primary liaison with Government customers to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance and technical activities.
• Translate strategic goals, roadmaps, customer requirements, and program priorities into executable AI initiatives.
• Support evaluation of new AI use cases based on feasibility, complexity, implementation timeline, technical approach, cost, and operational impact.
• Maintain line-of-sight between AI platforms and individual AI initiatives, including RAG solutions, chatbots, predictive analytics, document processing, and fraud detection.
• Support development and communication of AI program standards, operating models, technical documentation, and implementation guidance.
• Ensure work products align with IT roadmaps, System/Software Engineering Life Cycle processes, and Product Owner acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program reports, milestone updates, performance summaries, risk reporting, and stakeholder briefings.
• Participate in reviews, audits, demonstrations, workshops, and Government meetings.
• Support Section 508-compliant delivery of applicable digital products and user-facing solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant program, project, or product management experience.
• Experience managing complex or high-risk Federal IT, software engineering, cloud, or AI programs.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience establishing and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience using JIRA or comparable Agile project management platforms.
• Experience managing technical schedules, risks, issues, deliverables, and performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience translating business requirements and strategic roadmaps into technical delivery plans.
• Working understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, software architecture, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, Government program leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain favorable Federal Public Trust suitability.

Work Environment
• Full-time position.
• The primary place of performance is virtual.
• Standard operating hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
• Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required based on program needs.
• Government-issued equipment may be provided for contract performance.
• All work must be performed within the United States.
