Job Summary

WINTrio LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead delivery of a federal survey data collection platform modernization effort. This role manages the project lifecycle in accordance with agency program management standards, coordinating across web, mobile, and voice based development tracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout per agency program management standards
  • Coordinate work across web, mobile, and voice based development tracks
  • Maintain project schedules, risk registers, and status reporting using agency approved tools
  • Serve as primary point of coordination with the Government COR and stakeholders
  • Oversee subcontractor management and resource allocation across the project
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on schedule
  • Lead operational readiness planning and final transition activities

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience managing federal or complex technology projects
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience managing multi workstream projects with Government stakeholders
  • Experience using JIRA, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project Central Suite
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Must be eligible for a NACI background investigation

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Project Management: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies
  • Tools: JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Central Suite
  • Reporting: status reporting, risk management, schedule management
  • Stakeholder Coordination: COR engagement, subcontractor oversight
  • Recommended Certifications (not mandatory): PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
