Winstar Properties is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and dependable Leasing Agent to support our leasing operations across multiple residential properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to break into the real estate industry from the ground up. While this is an entry-level role, we’re looking for people who think like leaders — organized, proactive, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing operations across various properties
• Assist in conducting unit tours and showing apartments to potential tenants
• Float between properties to provide leasing and administrative support as needed
• Prepare and manage lease paperwork, renewals, and application files
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws (Fair Housing, etc.)
• Communicate with prospective tenants, current residents, vendors, and team members
• Perform general office tasks including data entry, scanning, and document management
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications
• Learn and follow all company policies, systems, and leasing procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to float between properties
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Previous experience in customer service, real estate, or administrative work is a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18 per hour + commissions
