We are looking for fundraising and marketing professionals who are looking to win at the next level.


Our agency works with some of the most prominent organizations in the conservative and Republican movement, and this is an opportunity to work directly with clients who are shaping our nation.


This is a full-time, remote role. As a Client Strategist, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing strategic solutions, and providing expert recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market and business research, collaborating with internal teams and clients, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies.


We're interested in talking to individuals who have been on either the client side or the agency side, specifically in the development or direct marketing arenas. If you've done both, that's even better.


While this is ideally a full-time position, we are also interested in speaking with contractors who would be willing to work under our agency banner, less formally.


Winning Strategy Group is growing, and you will be joining us in that growth.


Qualifications


  • Experience in fundraising and/or marketing. Working in direct marketing, direct mail, digital fundraising, or a related field is a huge plus. Ideally, you will have worked on a political campaign or at a non-profit.
  • Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively on diverse teams, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in project management tools, software, and methodologies
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. We understand the changing landscape of higher education. Your work experience is more important than your degree.
