Role Description

We are seeking fundraising and marketing professionals who want to win at the next level. 

Our agency works with some of the most prominent organizations in the conservative and Republican movements, and this is an opportunity to work directly with clients shaping our nation. 

This is a full-time, remote role. As an Associate Client Strategist, you will assist the Client Strategist in analyzing client needs, developing strategic solutions, and providing expert recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market and business research, collaborating with internal teams and clients, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies.

We're interested in talking to individuals who have ideally been on either the client side or the agency side, specifically in the development or direct marketing arenas. If you've done both, that's even better. We consider all backgrounds, and, since this is an early-career opportunity, eagerness to learn is key.

While this is ideally a full-time position, we are also interested in speaking with contractors who would be willing to work under our agency banner on a less formal basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and/or marketing. Working in direct marketing, direct mail, digital fundraising, or a related field is a huge plus. Ideally, you will have worked at a non-profit. 
• Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively on diverse teams, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management tools, software, and methodologies
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. We understand the changing landscape of higher education. Your work experience is more important than your degree.
