WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become a key member within the overall production team
- Attend client meetings and lead day-to-day project activities
- Showcase your talents with your amazing finish carpentry skills!
- Manage in-house support carpenters/helpers and subcontractors
- Continue to impress everyone around you by knocking the schedule out of the park!
- In collaboration with our in-house design team, identify potential issues and assist in developing solutions
- Drive quality during all phases of a project
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- Technical skills - you know to put a house together!
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Your own tools and truck/van
- Ability to read blueprints
- A positive attitude with a sense of humor
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of construction means & methods through all phases
