The Production Manager is ultimately accountable for the overall production of the projects. Job duties include scheduling all necessary tasks to implement and maintain the remodeling process, creating construction budgets, updating the contract documents as changes occur, tracking the status of all on-going projects and insuring quality control on all projects. The profitability and success of the projects rely critically your attention to detail. This position also manages and directs the production team as part of the overall construction of our residential remodeling projects.

• A successful history of project management in residential remodeling.
• A desire to exceed client expectations and the ability to work collaboratively with the design and production team.
• A degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
