General Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate Filing Documents for typesetting and camera-ready jobs
- OCR conversion for typesetting preparation
- Assist with formatting of appendix materials
- Assist with answering customer calls
- Update existing and continue to develop company procedures as identified
- Scheduling legal printing jobs and communicating timelines to customers
- Ensure that work produced meets with company standards
- Monitor and comply with quality control
- Perform all other duties as needed or requested

- Flexibility to take on tasks as assigned which may require changing priorities
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure
- Ability to perform the General Duties and Responsibilities set forth above in a consistent and efficient manner
- Performs duties with minimal supervision
Additional Specific Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls
· Maintain and update Customer information in Docket Manager
· Update production calendar – schedule and update job statuses
· Send W-9, ACH and credit card invoices to customers as requested
Compensation is hourly pay PLUS full benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and other benefits.
