The Customer Service Associate will be the face to our Retail business while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them with faxing copying, scanning, notary and other printing and retail services.
This is an entry-level position; however, candidates with prior experience in printing or graphics may be eligible for an adjusted compensation range based on their expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about our services
- Educate customers on our printing services and provide guidance on their printing needs
- Assist customers with setting up their print orders
- Calculate and provide pricing for custom print jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service to both in-person and phone inquiries
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete end-of-day and monthly closing tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for re-ordering supplies
- Serve as a back-up ro produciton in the bindery and with local deliveries
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Math skills for print set-up and pricing calculations
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Compensation includes hourly pay rate, 9 holidays, accrued sick and vacation time as well as medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, group life insurance and a very generous retirement plan.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch.
$17.5 - $19 per hour
