Your Role:
As a QP, you will play a crucial role in providing vital clinical services and support to adults struggling with substance abuse. You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can achieve and sustain lasting recovery.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical services: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, facilitate family therapy, and administer assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

Coordinate care: Collaborate with other providers and community resources to ensure seamless care and support for clients.

Monitor progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Promote recovery: Educate clients on relapse prevention strategies, life skills, and disease management to empower them to live fulfilling lives in recovery.
Qualifications:

Qualified Professional Status: Meet the state requirements for QP status in Substance Abuse (10A NCAC 27G .0104).

Education and Experience: Possess a relevant degree and experience in the human services field, as outlined in the detailed job description.

Passion for helping others: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues to foster a therapeutic environment.
