To assist in the attainment of District goals by keeping the fleet of vehicles and equipment running in the most efficient and economical manner. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Description
Key Duties:
- Perform State Inspections on all types of vehicles
- Ensure all safety standards for job performance and industry standards as to qualify and time guidelines are adhered to
- Make emergency calls as assigned by supervisors when vehicles have problems in the field
- Perform automotive, light truck, heavy truck, bus and heavy equipment repair, tune- up and adjustments
