The kitchen is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday from late May 2025 through early August 2025. The manager is expected to be present for part of both shifts each day up to 40 hours per week. Overtime may be approved, if required. The specific schedule can be discussed and finalized upon hire to ensure adequate coverage during the shifts
