Wildflower is seeking professional, dependable individuals with a passion for helping others and interacting with diverse customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy interacting with all types of people on a daily basis. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work as part of a fast-paced team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others who appreciate their services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer payments and maintain records of sales.
• Be familiar with cannabis products and their effects.
• Talk to customers about the costs, side effects, and proper use of cannabis products.
• Have knowledge of cannabis laws and the regulation of cannabis dispensaries.
• Keep customers informed about new cannabis products being offered by the dispensary.
• Assists with the intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the store including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Performs sales transactions including cash handling, using POS system, and compliantly packaging and labeling products.
• Enters or modifies customer/patient information in the POS System.
• Perform other duties requested by supervisors.
• **Must be available weekends**

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of METRC
• Knowledge of local and state laws related to cannabis sales
• Experience with the Cova POS system
• Cannabis knowledge or cannabis industry experience

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting and/or standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
