The Role

We are looking for a high-agency, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the next chapter of consumer health products within the Wildflower ecosystem. Your mission is two-fold: maintain, optimize, and scale the existing D2C subscription business, while leading the strategic integration of this consumer engine into Wildflower’s enterprise healthcare platform.

This is a unique "builder" role. You will inherit a proven product with dedicated users, but you will also have a blank canvas to expand our consumer offerings, own patient acquisition journeys, and shape how consumer health intersects with enterprise healthcare delivery.

What Success Looks Like (Your First Year)

  • In your first 90 days: You will understand the current product and its user base, assume ownership of the core roadmap, and deliver a phased plan for upgrading and expanding product features.
  • In your first 6 months: You will optimize the core consumer conversion funnels (activation, onboarding, paywalls), driving growth in trial activations, conversions to paid subscriptions, and retention, while testing new ways to convert Wildflower patients into subscribers.
  • In your first year: You will have successfully taken ownership of a product roadmap that enables growth, acquisition and retention across DTC efforts at Wildflower.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Consumer & Growth Roadmap: Drive the product strategy, prioritization, and execution for Wildflower’s expanding consumer product lines, such as virtual PT and lactation consulting. You will own the product roadmap and enhancements that support key metrics for user acquisition, trial conversion, and long-term retention.
  • Champion the User Experience (UI/UX): In the absence of a dedicated full-time design team, you will act as the primary advocate for user-centered design. You will own the UX architecture, map user journeys, and build high-fidelity wireframes/prototypes in Figma (leveraging AI tools like Claude Design) to keep our consumer experience seamless.
  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Serve as the strategic mind behind our consumer data. You will analyze user funnels and behavior (via Amplitude, GA, and other product analytics tools) to run impactful A/B tests, identify points of friction, and make data-informed product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between engineering, growth marketing, and corporate leadership to ensure product initiatives directly unlock business growth, with a particular focus on strong unit economics.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Ideally within consumer mobile apps, SaaS subscription models, or B2B2C growth environments. Digital health or wellness experience is a plus.
  • Strong UI/UX Sensibilities: You don't need to be a product designer, but you should be comfortable in Figma. You understand how design impacts user behavior.
  • Experience with Acquisition Funnels: You have familiarity and experience optimizing web and app-based acquisition funnels.
  • Analytical Fluency: You have a strong track record of using data, experimentation, and customer insight to shape product strategy and drive growth, ideally with direct experience with Amplitude and Tableau.
  • A Growth Mindset: You thrive in growth-stage environments where the playbook isn't fully written. You are comfortable iterating and learning over time, with a demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across a diverse group of partners.

Why Join Wildflower Health

You will have the autonomy and speed of an early-stage consumer startup, backed by the stability and enterprise reach of an established healthcare leader. If you want to see the direct impact of your work on the health outcomes of tens of thousands of mothers, this is the role for you. If you value collaborating alongside a team that is kind, hard-working, and connecting to a real mission, this is a place for you.

Salary range: $120,000-$140,000

Location: This is a remote position, located in the United States.
