Position Overview:

Wild Health is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Premium Sales Lead to drive the growth and management of our premium services. This role is integral in identifying high-value clients, nurturing strategic partner relationships, and elevating our premium health offerings to meet the unique needs of an exclusive clientele. The Premium Sales Lead will also manage ongoing partnerships, co-host events, coordinate sponsorships, and develop referral programs to drive mutual growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales leader with expertise in high-touch sales strategies, a passion for wellness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and attract high-potential clients to Wild Health’s premium services through outbound strategies, targeted networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive growth in premium subscriptions, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations, showcasing a deep understanding of Wild Health’s premium health offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with premium clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Gather and act on client feedback to enhance premium services and contribute to an elevated client experience strategy.

Strategic Partner Relationship Management:

  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with strategic partner groups.
  • Co-host events, coordinate sponsorships, and develop referral programs to drive mutual growth and engagement.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine the value proposition of premium services and develop targeted campaigns to attract and retain premium members.
  • Collaborate with health professionals and customer success teams to align on service offerings, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  • Partner with the Events Project Manager to maximize opportunities for speaking engagements and work with Wild Health’s thought leaders to ensure events are impactful and aligned with our mission, which may include travel.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continuously enhance Wild Health’s premium product positioning.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement in sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-touch sales roles, preferably within premium services, health, or wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the health, wellness, or medical sector, particularly in premium service sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics software.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex health and wellness solutions.
