Job Description:

You will be working directly with our Founders as well our Planning Team to help grow our online presence through multiple channels via posting, content creation, cross marketing, and pitching to publications. We are a primarily remote company, so your time and hours will be logged remotely with one virtual meeting a week. You will train with multiple members of our team early on, as well as have a direct line to leadership throughout. Listed out are what we imagine - but we want your thoughts and ideas too. The more creative, outgoing, unique the better. Our company is out of the box, and so is our team!

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with our Planners & Founders to plan and execute our voice across platforms
• Help to complete a Brand Media Kit that you will help disseminate
• Work with the team to build our following through unique partnerships, approaches, and diversification of ideas
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content
• Curate material for each social media platform: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Assist in researching target publications, reporters, and bloggers to pitch
• Assist in project management
• Build and execute e-mail marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze social media analytics and create approaches on how to best utilize this information
• Assist in reating content (videos, art, photos) that fit with our voice and brand

Who You Are: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience with social media
• A hustler, someone who wants to solve problems first and can follow their own timelines
• Works well independently
• Ability to cold-call/email/DM reporters, bloggers, and influencers
• A passion for travel, seeing the world, experiencing new things (the comfort zone is our enemy!)
• Videography/artistic/photography abilities a plus!
