The successful candidate will have experience managing a full desk including ATS/CRM/VMS systems, building and growing a customer base, continuous recruiting for open and anticipated positions, behavioral interviewing, and general employment law/compliance standards.

This is a generously commissioned contract position intended for advancement into a semi-independent ownership role or promotion within our corporate/staffing Leadership Team. You must live in the Greater New Orleans-Metairie-Slidell MSA, including Kenner, LA. You may work remotely in your own space, use our New Orleans office, or elect a hybrid of the two. Local travel to meet with clients and Associates is necessary.
