Wholesome Goods, Inc. is a fast-growing Global Omni-channel Brand Hub with exciting high-growth brands in home goods, cosmetics, pet care and more! We are seeking an outgoing and personable individual with a sales background and potential trade show experience to join our in-house team as a Retail Relationship Coordinator.

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated expertise in sales with a keen ability to build and maintain customer relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, and effectively communicate product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Comfortable with relationship building via LinkedIn and calling: Comfortable with creating meaningful relationships with sales partners and utilizing interpersonal sales strategies to drive goals. While showcasing exceptional experience with the dynamics of both the cold reach out and warm-touch sales.
  • Great Organization Skills: A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and run small projects within Asana, our Project Management platform. Attention to detail and effective time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Trade Show Savant: Background in trade shows acting as a representative for unique brands, engaging with potential buyers, and effectively communicating their incredible value propositions of our products.
  • Industry Researcher: Confident in your ability to research corporate buyers within our product categories, competitor analysis, and staying up to date on industry trends.
  • Personable: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Building and maintaining positive relationships with retailers is a key aspect of this position.


Expectations:

Your main expectations within the Retail team will include the following:

  • Be an Expert in Our Brands and Brand Demographics: Develop an in-depth understanding of our consumer goods brands and target demographics to effectively represent and promote them.
  • Reach Out to Retailers: Proactively reach out to retailers, building and nurturing relationships to enhance our retail network. This may involve LinkedIn messaging, cold calling, and other strategic outreach methods.
  • Keep Online Brand Catalogs Up to Date: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of our online brand catalogs, update product listings, providing retailers with the latest information on products and offerings.


Wholesome Goods is a growing company and team! This role is dynamic and will likely evolve within its first year as we continue to grow our retail department.


The Ideal candidate will also require the following:

Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to client meetings and other work-related activities.


Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and sales visits.
