Description

Location: Onsite at primary offices in Boulder & Denver, with the possibility of remote work up to 3 days per month.


Summary:


Whole Connection is looking for a Client Relations & Administrative Support Specialist who is organized and caring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping others.


Responsibilities:


- Answer and direct phone calls professionally

- Manage client intake process, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance

- Assist therapists with client forms and data collection

- Inform clients of policies and collect feedback

- Coordinate company events and support staff with networking

- Manage office facilities and supplies

- Provide administrative support to therapists and staff


Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in medical office reception and customer service

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with social media and Google Workspace

- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
