Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient scheduling to ensure a seamless experience.
- Optimize workflows and implement efficient processes to support growth.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, billing, and vendor relationships.
- Lead, hire, and train administrative and clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
- Enhance patient satisfaction through streamlined operations and improved service delivery.
- Collaborate with the physician(s) to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop creative marketing and business strategies to scale the practice.
- Leverage technology to improve practice efficiency (EHR, automation, reporting).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in developing knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting.
- Ability to enhance patient satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Experience working in a medical practice or clinic is a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative ideas in marketing and scaling a medical practice.
