Job Summary

As a Home Help Provider, you’ll deliver essential in-home care and assistance with daily living activities to individuals who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness or injury. Your work helps clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Who Can Apply?

• Applicants must have an existing client through the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) and be actively providing care as a CHAMPS-approved provider.

Employment Terms

• Pay Schedule: We follow the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) pay schedule, issuing payroll once per month for services rendered the previous month. We are working toward transitioning to a biweekly pay schedule as the company grows.
• Position: Part-Time W-2 Employee.
• Work Hours: Set by the client’s MDHHS caseworker and based on the approved service plan.
• Payroll: Payroll taxes will be withheld, and employees will receive a W-2 at the end of the year.
