Position Overview
From corporate boardrooms and training centers to houses of worship, performance venues, and specialty installations, you'll oversee projects from concept through commissioning while ensuring every system is delivered with precision, quality, and exceptional client service.
Working closely with our Sales, Engineering, Production, and Installation teams, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each project and play a key role in growing White Tie's Integration division.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple AV integration projects from kickoff through final client handoff
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and installation timelines
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life of each project
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to review system designs, drawings, and equipment specifications
- Coordinate internal installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Manage change orders, documentation, and project reporting
- Schedule commissioning, programming, testing, and client training
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to White Tie quality standards
- Support estimating, proposal development, and pre-sales planning as needed
What You Bring
- Experience managing commercial audio visual integration projects
- Strong understanding of AV systems including audio, video, control, networking, and conference technologies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand AV drawings, signal flow diagrams, and construction documents
- Outstanding communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to lead independently
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Bonus Points
- Experience writing AVL integrations proposals
- CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or PMP certification
- Experience with platforms such as Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Shure, or Dante
- Experience working with architects, general contractors, and MEP trades
- Familiarity with BlueBeam and/or AutoCAD
Where + When
- Based in Phoenix, AZ (HQ)
- Primarily in-office with regular travel to project sites
- Standard Hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM
- Hours flex with project demands, installation schedules, and client milestones
